SERVINGS: 1
½ cup skim milk or could use a rice or almond milk
6 oz vanilla yogurt
1 tsp apple pie spice
1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
2 Tbsp cashew butter (MUFA)
Handful of ice
1. COMBINE milk, yogurt, apple pie spice, apple, cashew butter, and ice in blender.
2. BLEND for 1 minute, transfer to a glass, and eat with a spoon.
